I agree with you totally about the pay thing. That's been my experience as well. The last girl I've been going out with has offered to pay a few times though, and usually we go dutch, so that's ok. But mostly it's been like you say, which really turned me off on dating for a long time. I am finding that as the women get older, they are more likely to pay for themselves.
